My new Crate Mate

Well a couple of weeks ago after a long car ride I was back at a place that smelled right and I knew I had been there before.  We went inside and there was a small version of me who seemed intent on checking me out, though, mostly she spent a lot of time making nice to my owners.  Then after a bit they put her in a crate and loaded us back into the car.  After a bit of a trip we arrived home and they brought her out on a leash to walk around with me, then into the house and she stayed with me.  She wanted to be near me and crawled over me whenever I laid down.  Strange they kept cooing over her and calling her Luna.  But being that she is related to me, my cousin, I guess I will put up with her.   She is kind of cute, if not a pest.  Well anyhow I have mastered most of the lame objects in my Agility class So they are promoting me to the next level.  For the top photo I was up walking my owner and this photo opportunity came up so I agreed to get in the picture to make it more regal looking.  The next shot is a good picture of us both in the crate.  Luna is the simply adorable puppy sitting next to me.  My owner said it is getting late so until next time,  sweet dreams.

Hello,

Been a busy month for my family. A couple of weeks ago I tried to eat a woolen sock.  Well  it did not sit well and I was sick.  So being a good family they rushed me to my Vet.  He tried a couple of quick fixes but none worked.  Next thing I know they stick me with a needle and I am off to sleep.  I wake up a few hours later and they stapled my belly back together.    Kept me at the hospital another day then sent me home to rest.  Dalmatians don't rest and I was ready to jump and chase the very next day.   The doctor suggested some severe training collar treatment but I got a new gentle leader harness instead in an attempt to keep me from eating everything.  I am still tempted to grab everything and chew it but I am getting better.   Here I am just taking time to smell the flowers while on a hike.

What big lips you have

It has been nice the last couple of days, I got to run in the woods, check out the surf at the beach, (Salty and COLD!!!) and even helped munch the gardens with new cedar mulch, the frozen bits are like a Popsicle.

I like when my crate is in the sun and the cats leave me alone.  Yesterday while playing I let them get a picture on one of the remaining snowbanks with the Frisbee, hence the title.  Love Jazz

Jumping in the snow

Well my owners are able to walk outside again.Seems their 2 legged drive is not as adept as my 4 paw drive.  Well anyway we are seeing more ground and I am getting a chance to run around a bit.  It is so much fun, this was Sunday Morning and I had jumped the snow bank and was hopping about.  Well Hopefully the ice is done for a while and I can get them out and we can go up in the woods where I can sniff my way along new trails.  Since the last time my owner checked in I have been to the vet and they took something from me, also they have stopped giving me a noon meal, who told them to do that.

SNOW

Well it has been some time but I am back.  We had a good snowfall on Friday and I got to play on Saturday,  I am the Queen of the Snowplow Mountain and am getting a bit of Frisbee in so I will be ready for summer.  By the way I don't mind working for apples, they are my favorite treat.  I am still very bouncy and I love to run in the snow.  Hopefully the warmer weather will be here soon as I want to play!

SNOW

Well  Hello Snow,  this time it was more than a dusting, enough to eat and jump into.  I was let off leash and  just galloped around the house several times at full throttle, definitively BORN TO RUN.  Hope all my Sisters and my Brother get to play in the snow, what fun it is to run around in.
On Saturday we went to a local hiking trail where I got a chance to explore on lead.  It was fun finding many new scents as we walked the trail.  While we were walking a couple of big guys (Rottweilers)  wanted to visit with me but my folks keep them away and helped their owner control them, which I liked as they were several times my size.
I am  also not so keen on the Holidays, too many people coming and going and all kinds of commotion.  I am still trying to figure out the cats, one minute we are playing and the next I am getting swiped at.  But I have discovered my voice and I like to let the Cats know who is in charge. Well I need to get some rest after a long day.  Love JAZZ

It is snow!  I was trying to clear the drive but it was too much, sure was fun to blend in.!  I am getting bigger everyday and am filling my little bed as you can see.  I Love Snow it tastes good and I can hide in it, wish I had a black and white lead.
